In 1949, a Western pharmacy was established since the establishment of the hospital. In 1980, the Pharmacy Department opened a Chinese medicine pharmacy. On June 29, 1984, the "Preparation License" (Zhewei Pharmaceutical Development) was obtained, which is valid for four years from the date of issuance to January 1989. In October 2005, the Department of Pharmacy established Clinical Pharmacy. In September 2020, the Pharmacy Department established an intravenous medication dispensing center. In November 2020, the Pharmacy Department established an operating room pharmacy. In April 2021, clinical pharmacy in the Pharmacy Department was included in the construction of key medical disciplines in Fuyang District (the fourth round).

In May 1979, the Pharmacy Department was officially established, and Xiong Anjing became the first director of our department. In December 1984, Sun Boji served as the director of the Pharmacy Department; in December 1986, Chen Xixiang served as the director of the Pharmacy Department; in June 1997, Tang Weihu served as the director of the Pharmacy Department; in January 2003, Fang Guoying served as the director of the Pharmacy Department; in April 2016, Xu Haofeng Serves as the director of the Pharmacy Department; In May 2020, Shi Dongming served as the deputy director of the Pharmacy Department (in charge of work).
【Current status of subject】
The Pharmacy Department currently has 51 professional and technical staff, including 1 chief pharmacist, 4 deputy chief pharmacists, 18 supervisor (middle) pharmacists, and 27 pharmacists, including 7 with master's degrees and 29 with bachelor's degrees. There are currently 6 full-time clinical pharmacists, 4 of whom have obtained special training certificates for clinical pharmacists. In the past five years, department staff have published 38 papers in professional magazines and completed 8 projects. In recent years, with the support of the hospital, the software and hardware construction of the pharmacy department has made rapid progress. The "Yiyao Rational Medication Management System" software launched in 2014 provides timely information support for clinical diagnosis and treatment and clinical pharmacy work; Inpatient Pharmacy 2015 The introduction of a fully automatic medicine packaging machine in 2020 ensures the cleanliness and accuracy of medicines during the discharge process, and serves patients better and faster; the intravenous medicine dispensing center operating in 2020 greatly increases the safety and reliability of clinical medication. , reducing the risk of environmental pollution and occupational exposure. The operating room pharmacy established in November 2020 has standardized the safety management of anesthetic drugs, psychotropic drugs, and conventional drugs in the operating room. The Pharmacy Department has scientific management, sound systems and remarkable achievements. Daily work has always been guided by the "Drug Administration Law", with the patient as the center, and the use of information technology to control the entire process of drug purchase, management and use. It has been successively rated as "Zhejiang Province Qualified Pharmacy Department", "Zhejiang Province Safe Pharmacy", "Hangzhou City Hospital Advanced Pharmacy Work Group", "Hangzhou City Hospital Pharmaceutical Management Excellence Award", "Hangzhou City Hospital Prescription Management Excellence Award," Honorary titles such as "Fuyang District Fangxin Pharmacy" and "Fuyang District Excellent Demonstration Post for Women's Double Civilization". The department always focuses on the new pharmaceutical service concept of "patient-centered" and aims to provide "safe, effective and economical" pharmaceutical services to the majority of patients. It actively carries out drug consultation. Pharmacists go to clinical practice and participate in ward rounds and difficult case discussions. Provide suggestions and opinions in the selection of drugs and the formulation of treatment plans, collect and feedback adverse drug reactions in a timely manner, regularly compile the "Hospital Pharmacy Newsletter", strengthen the exchange of all aspects of drug information with clinical staff, and provide good pharmaceutical services to clinical medical staff. At a new starting point, all staff in our department will continue to make progress and have the courage to explore new knowledge, new technologies, and new science in their actual work, and make greater contributions to promoting the development of hospital pharmacy.
【Technical Features】
The Pharmacy Department is the largest department in the hospital, with outpatient pharmacy, emergency pharmacy, infection pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, medicine library, intravenous drug dispensing center and clinical pharmacy departments. While ensuring the supply and management of drugs throughout the hospital, we also carry out intravenous drug dispensing, clinical pharmacy services, and drug delivery.
【Scientific research results】
The department initiated and completed 8 provincial and municipal level projects, one of which won the third prize of the Zhejiang Provincial Health Science and Technology Award, and successfully hosted 5 provincial and municipal continuing education project classes.
