It pioneered laparoscopic surgery in Fuyang City in the early 1990s and has completed more than 10,000 laparoscopic cholecystectomies so far. In recent years, transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy, non-pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery, laparoscopic choledocholithotomy, laparoscopic liver lobectomy, laparoscopic liver tumor resection, and laparoscopic portal surgery have also been carried out.
